Purpose limitation of personal data
(1)subject to professional secrecy (Articles 6 and 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
(2)Where data processing is carried out by a public body in the performance of a task that lies within its competence, that is in the public interest, or in the exercise of official authority vested in it, data that are subject to professional secrecy and that have been transmitted by the person or body obliged to maintain confidentiality in the exercise of professional duties may only be processed by that body for the purpose for which it received the data.
(3)Further processing for another purpose shall be permissible where the change of purpose is permitted by a special legal provision pursuant to Article 6(4) in conjunction with Article 23 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Section 17(2) shall not apply. zur Einzelansicht § 29
