Application of civil service law provisions to the
(1)State Commissioner for Data Protection
(2)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall receive, from the date of his or her appointment until the expiry of the day on which the official relationship ends, or, in the case of Section 3(9), until the expiry of the day on which the conduct of business ends, official remuneration in the amount of the remuneration applicable to a Land civil servant of salary grade B 6 in Thuringia.
(3)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall receive travel expenses, relocation costs, separation allowance and benefits in accordance with the provisions applicable to Land civil servants. The same shall apply to accident compensation and leave matters.
(4)The State Commissioner for Data Protection or his or her surviving dependants shall, after the end of the official relationship, or, in the case of Section 3(9), after the expiry of the day on which the conduct of business ends, receive pension provisions equivalent to those of a civil servant appointed for a fixed term, in analogous application of the Thuringian Civil Service Pension Act. The entitlement to a retirement pension shall be suspended until the attainment of the retirement age pursuant to Section 25(1) or (3) of the Thuringian Civil Service Act (ThürBG). zur Einzelansicht § 5
