§ 26 ThürDSG

Public bodies participating in competition

(1)Insofar as public bodies participate in competition, only the rules on supervision shall apply to them, to their associations and federations from among the provisions of this Act (Sections 3 to 12). Otherwise, the provisions of Part 2 of the Federal Data Protection Act shall apply to them.
