Supervisory authority for non-public bodies
(1)and public bodies that participate in competition
(2)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall also be the supervisory authority within the meaning of Section 40(1) BDSG for the monitoring of data protection provisions within the scope of application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with respect to non-public bodies and public bodies that participate in competition.
(3)Simultaneously with the report pursuant to Section 10(1), the State Commissioner for Data Protection shall submit the activity report on his or her activities pursuant to paragraph 1. zur Einzelansicht § 11
