Erasure of personal data

(1)(Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) Insofar as public bodies are obliged to offer records for transfer to a public archive, erasure shall only be permissible after the records have been offered to the public archive. Further details shall be governed by legal provisions on public archives.
