Processing of personal data
(1)subject to professional or special official secrecy
(2)Personal data subject to professional or special official secrecy that have been transmitted to the public body in the exercise of a professional or official duty may only be processed by the public body for the purpose for which it received the data. Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall remain unaffected.
(3)The data may only be processed for a different purpose where 1. the change of purpose is permitted by a specific statute, or 2. the conditions of Section 5(1)(1) to (3), Section 13(1) or Section 14(1) are met and the body bound by the obligation of confidentiality has given its consent. zur Einzelansicht § 12
