§ 28 LDSG BW

Administrative offences

(1)(Supplementary to Article 83(7) of Regulation [EU] 2016/679) No fines may be imposed on public bodies within the meaning of Section 2(1) and (2), unless the public bodies participate in competition as enterprises with their own legal personality.
