Duty to support
(1)Public bodies shall be obligated to support the State Commissioner for Data Protection and his or her representatives in the fulfilment of his or her tasks. Within the scope of their statutory powers, they shall in particular 1. provide information in response to his or her questions, as well as grant access to all records and files, in particular the stored data and the data processing programs, that are related to the processing of personal data, and 2. grant access at all times to the official premises including all data processing systems and devices.
(2)The ministries shall involve the State Commissioner for Data Protection in good time in the preparation of legal and administrative provisions that concern the processing of personal data. zur Einzelansicht § 26
