Broadcasting Commissioner for Data Protection
(1)For all activities of the Südwestrundfunk and its affiliated companies pursuant to Section 42(3) sentence 1 of the Interstate Media Treaty of 14 to 28 April 2020 (Act of 30 June 2020; GBl. p. 429, 430), as last amended by Article 1 of the Interstate Treaty of 27 February to 7 March 2024 (Act of 25 July 2024; GBl. 2024, No. 67, p. 3), as amended from time to time, the joint broadcasting data protection commissioner of the regional broadcasting corporations associated in ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate Media Treaty shall be the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 51(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in place of the State Commissioner for Data Protection. zur Einzelansicht § 27 ABSCHNITT 7 Sanktionen
