Controller
(1)The controller pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for data processing operations for the fulfilment of the tasks pursuant to Section 19a(1) shall be 1. for the performance of the tasks of the state parliament, the state parliament, 2. for the activities of the parliamentary groups, always the respective parliamentary group, even where it performs tasks of the state parliament, 3. in the exercise of the mandate of members of the state parliament, the respective member, insofar as he or she does not perform tasks of the state parliament. zur Einzelansicht § 19c
