Transitional provisions
(1)The State Commissioner for Data Protection in office at the time of entry into force of this Act shall be deemed, as of the day of entry into force of this Act, to have been appointed to an office pursuant to Section 23(1). Upon appointment to this office, his civil service relationship on a fixed-term basis shall end. His term of office shall end on 31 December 2022.
(2)Upon entry into force of this Act, the public service employees of the State Commissioner for Data Protection shall be transferred from the state parliament to the State Commissioner for Data Protection.
(3)The staff council at the office of the State Commissioner for Data Protection shall, upon entry into force of this Act, continue to exist as the staff council of the State Commissioner for Data Protection until its re-election. zur Einzelansicht § 31 Hilfe Impressum Datenschutz Barrierefreiheit
