Independence
(1)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall act in complete independence in the performance of his or her tasks and in the exercise of his or her powers.
(2)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall be subject to the audit by the Court of Auditors, insofar as his or her independence is not thereby impaired.
(3)Members of the state parliament shall be entitled to address inquiries to the State Commissioner for Data Protection, who shall only be obligated to respond insofar as this does not impair his or her independence. zur Einzelansicht § 21
