Lawfulness of data processing
(1)The processing of personal data shall be permitted insofar as it is necessary for the performance of the tasks pursuant to Section 19a(1).
(2)The processing of personal data within the meaning of Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the performance of the tasks pursuant to Section 19a(1) without the express consent of the data subjects shall only be lawful insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the tasks and proportionate, and effective measures to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subjects are in place. zur Einzelansicht § 19b
