Establishment
(1)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall be an independent supreme Land authority subject only to the law. The seat of the office shall be Stuttgart.
(2)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall be the superior of the civil servants of the authority. The employees of the State Commissioner for Data Protection shall be bound exclusively by his or her instructions.
(3)The State Commissioner for Data Protection may delegate personnel administration and management tasks to other bodies of the Land, provided that his or her independence is not thereby impaired. Personal data of employees may be transmitted to these bodies insofar as knowledge thereof is necessary for the fulfilment of the delegated tasks. The delegation of tasks pursuant to sentence 1 may only take place with the consent of the other body. zur Einzelansicht § 20
