§ 16 LDSG BW

Public awards and honours

(1)Personal data, including special categories of personal data, may be processed for the purpose of deciding on public awards and honours; the public bodies shall in that case not be obligated to provide information pursuant to Articles 13 to 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
