§ 11 LDSG RP

Restriction of the Information Obligation under

(1)Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation
(2)The controller may refrain from providing information about personal data insofar as and for as long as 1. the information would endanger public security or otherwise be detrimental to the interests of the Federation or of a Land, or 2. this is necessary for the prosecution of criminal offences or administrative offences, or 3. the information would lead to the disclosure of matters that must be kept secret by virtue of a legal provision or because of the rights and freedoms of other persons. The reasons for refraining from providing information shall be documented. The information shall be provided subsequently once the grounds under sentence 1 no longer exist. The data subject shall be informed of the restriction of the information obligation insofar as this is not detrimental to the purpose of the restriction.
(3)The Court of Auditors of Rhineland-Palatinate may refrain from providing information insofar as and for as long as this would jeopardize or substantially impede the purpose or conduct of the audit activities of the Court of Auditors.
