§ 49 LDSG RP
Legal Remedies against Decisions of the
(1)State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or in Case of Inaction
(2)Every natural or legal person may, without prejudice to any other remedy, take legal action against a binding decision of the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
(3)Paragraph 1 shall apply accordingly in favour of data subjects where the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information does not deal with a complaint under Section 48 or does not inform the data subject of the progress or outcome of the complaint within three months of lodging the complaint. zur Einzelansicht § 49
