Distinction between Facts and
(1)Personal Assessments The controller shall, in the course of processing, distinguish as far as possible as to whether personal data are based on facts or on personal assessments. For this purpose, the controller should, insofar as this is possible in the context of the respective processing, identify assessments based on personal evaluations as such. It must also be possible to establish which body maintains the records underlying the assessment based on a personal evaluation. zur Einzelansicht § 61
