§ 25 LDSG RP
Criminal Provision
(1)Any person who commits one of the acts referred to in Section 24(1) for remuneration or with the intention of enriching themselves or another person or of causing harm to another person shall be punished with imprisonment of up to two years or with a fine.
(2)The offence shall only be prosecuted upon application.
