§ 47 LDSG RP

Procedure for the Exercise of the Rights

(1)of the Data Subject
(2)The controller shall communicate with data subjects using clear and plain language in a concise, intelligible and easily accessible form.
(3)In the case of requests, the controller shall inform the data subject in writing without delay, without prejudice to Section 45(6) and Section 46(6), as to how the request has been dealt with.
(4)The provision of information under Section 43, notifications under Sections 44 and 55 and the processing of requests under Sections 45 and 46 shall be free of charge. In the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests under Sections 45 and 46, the controller may either charge a reasonable fee on the basis of administrative costs or refuse to act on the request. In such cases, the controller must be able to demonstrate the manifestly unfounded or excessive character of the request.
(5)Where the controller has reasonable doubts concerning the identity of a data subject who has made a request under Section 45 or Section 46, the controller may request additional information necessary to confirm his or her identity. zur Einzelansicht § 47
