Legal Status and Organisation
(1)The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information shall be the supervisory authority within the meaning of Article 41 of Directive (EU) 2016/680 in the case of the processing of data under Part 3 of this Act. Sections 14, 15 and 18 shall apply accordingly with regard to the legal status and organisation of the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. zur Einzelansicht § 40
