Processing for Archival,
(1)Scientific and Statistical Purposes
(2)Processing by the same or another controller may include archiving in the public interest and scientific, statistical or historical use for the purposes referred to in Section 26(1), provided that appropriate safeguards for the rights of the data subjects are provided.
(3)Appropriate safeguards within the meaning of paragraph 1 may consist in anonymisation of the personal data, in precautions against their unauthorised knowledge by third parties, or in their processing that is spatially and organisationally separate from other specialist tasks. zur Einzelansicht § 31
