§ 23 LDSG RP

Processing for Purposes of

(1)Parliamentary Oversight The Land Government may process personal data, including data within the meaning of Article 9(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the purpose of answering parliamentary questions and for the submission of documents and reports to the Landtag to the extent necessary therefor. A transmission of personal data for one of the purposes referred to in sentence 1 shall not be permissible where this would be unreasonable for the data subject due to the strictly personal nature of the data or where the interference with their right to informational self-determination would be disproportionate. Sentence 2 shall not apply where the Data Protection Code within the meaning of Section 2(3) sentence 2 or other appropriate measures ensure that legitimate interests of the data subject are not impaired.
