Representation of Data Subjects
(1)The data subject may mandate a lawfully constituted not-for-profit body, organisation or association whose statutory objectives are in the public interest and which is active in the field of the protection of the rights of data subjects with regard to the protection of personal data, to lodge a complaint on his or her behalf or to exercise the rights under Section 45(1) sentence 2 No. 7 as well as Sections 48 and 49 on behalf of the data subject. zur Einzelansicht § 50 Abschnitt 6 Pflichten der Verantwortlichen und Auftragsverarbeiter
