§ 63 LDSG RP

Rectification and Erasure as well as

(1)Restriction of Processing
(2)The controller shall rectify personal data where they are inaccurate. A rectification shall be communicated to the body that previously transmitted the data.
(3)The controller shall erase personal data without undue delay where their processing is unlawful, they must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation, or their knowledge is no longer necessary for the performance of the controller's tasks.
(4)Section 46(1) sentence 3 and (3) to (5) shall apply accordingly. Where personal data have been unlawfully transmitted, the recipient shall also be notified thereof.
(5)Without prejudice to maximum storage or erasure periods laid down in legal provisions, the controller shall provide for appropriate time limits for the erasure of personal data or for a regular review of the need for their storage and shall ensure by procedural safeguards that those time limits are complied with. zur Einzelansicht § 63
