General Information on Data Processing
(1)The controller shall make the following information available in general form and accessible to everyone: 1. the purposes of the processing carried out by the controller, 2. the rights of data subjects to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing in relation to the processing of their personal data, 3. the name and contact details of the controller and of the data protection officer, 4. information on the right to lodge a complaint with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, and 5. details on how to reach the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. zur Einzelansicht § 43
