§ 74 LDSG RP
Entry into Force
(1)This Act shall enter into force on 25 May 2018.
(2)At the same time, the Land Data Protection Act of 5 July 1994 (GVBl. p. 293), last amended by Article 2 of the Act of 20 December 2011 (GVBl. p. 427), BS 204-1, shall cease to be in force. zur Einzelansicht § 74
