Activity Report
(1)The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information shall draw up an annual report on their activities, which may contain a list of the types of violations reported and the types of measures taken, including the sanctions imposed and the measures pursuant to Article 58(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information shall transmit the report to the House of Representatives and the Senate and shall make it available to the public, the European Commission and the European Data Protection Board.
(2)The Senate shall submit a statement to the House of Representatives on the activity report within six months of its submission, insofar as the activity report concerns its area of competence or responsibility. zur Einzelansicht § 12
