Legal Remedies Against Decisions or Inaction
(1)of the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
(2)Any natural or legal person may, without prejudice to other legal remedies, take legal action against a binding decision of the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information that concerns them.
(3)Paragraph 1 shall apply accordingly in favour of data subjects where the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information does not deal with a complaint pursuant to Section 46 or the data subject has not been informed of the progress or outcome of the complaint within three months of lodging the complaint. zur Einzelansicht § 47 Kapitel 4 Pflichten der Verantwortlichen und Auftragsverarbeiter
