General Information on Data Processing
(1)The controller shall make publicly available at least the following information: 1. the purposes of the processing it carries out, 2. the rights of the data subjects in relation to the processing of their personal data concerning access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, 3. the name and contact details of the controller and the data protection officer, 4. the right to lodge a complaint with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, and 5. the contact details of the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. zur Einzelansicht § 41
