Distinction Between Facts and Personal Assessments
(1)The controller shall, in the processing, distinguish as far as possible whether personal data are based on facts or personal assessments. To this end, the controller should, insofar as this is possible and appropriate in the context of the respective processing, identify assessments based on personal evaluations as such. It must furthermore be possible to ascertain which body maintains the documents underlying the assessment based on a personal evaluation. zur Einzelansicht § 59
