§ 40 BlnDSG
Joint Procedure and Automated Retrieval Procedure
(1)Section 21 shall apply with the proviso that Section 49 shall take the place of Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Furthermore, Section 16(2) shall apply.
