Public Awards and Honours
(1)For the preparation and conduct of public awards or honours, the competent bodies as well as bodies specifically authorised by them may process the personal data necessary for this purpose, including special categories of personal data, even without the knowledge of the data subject. The processing of such data for other purposes shall only be permissible with the consent of the data subject.
(2)At the request of the bodies referred to in paragraph 1, other public bodies may transmit the data necessary for the preparation of the award or honour.
(3)Articles 13, 14, 15 and 19 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall not apply. zur Einzelansicht § 71 Teil 5 Schlussvorschrift
