Joint Controllers
(1)Where two or more controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of processing, they shall be deemed to be joint controllers. Joint controllers shall lay down their respective tasks and data protection responsibilities in a transparent manner in an arrangement, unless those responsibilities are already laid down in legal provisions. The arrangement shall in particular specify who is responsible for which information obligations and how and against whom data subjects may exercise their rights. A corresponding arrangement shall not prevent the data subject from exercising their rights against each of the joint controllers. zur Einzelansicht § 49
