Personal Requirements
(1)The Hessian Data Protection Commissioner must possess the qualifications, experience and expertise necessary for the performance of his or her tasks and the exercise of his or her powers, in particular in the area of the protection of personal data, and must be qualified for judicial office or for the higher civil service.
