Data Transfers to Public-Law Religious Communities
(1)The transfer of personal data to bodies of public-law religious communities shall be permissible, in analogous application of the provisions on transfers to public bodies, only where it is ensured on the basis of appropriate safeguards that the receiving body processes the data in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679. zur Einzelansicht § 27
