Prohibition of Disadvantage for Calling Upon
(1)the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner Without prejudice to Art. 77 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 and § 55, no person shall suffer any disadvantage from having approached the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner on the basis of factual indications of a violation of provisions of this Act or other data protection provisions. Employees of public bodies may contact the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner without observing the official channels.
