§ 30 HDSIG

Processing of Personal Data by the Landtag

(1)and the Municipal Representative Bodies
(2)With the exception of §§ 15 and 29, the provisions of this Act shall apply to the Landtag only insofar as it acts in administrative matters, in particular where it concerns the financial affairs of the Landtag, personnel administration or the implementation of legal provisions whose execution is assigned to the President of the Landtag. In all other respects, the Landtag shall adopt a data protection regulation appropriate to its constitutional position. It shall apply accordingly to persons working for the parliamentary groups and members of parliament.
(3)The Land government may use personal data collected for other purposes for the purpose of answering parliamentary questions and for the submission of documents and reports within the framework of the Rules of Procedure of the Landtag, to the extent necessary therefor. This shall not apply where the transfer of the data would be unreasonable for the data subjects on account of their strictly personal nature. Special statutory prohibitions on transfer shall remain unaffected.
(4)Personal data transmitted by the Land government may not be included in Landtag printed papers or otherwise made generally accessible. This shall not apply where there are no indications that the legitimate interests of the data subjects would be impaired.
(5)Para. 2 shall apply accordingly to the administrative authorities of the municipalities and counties within the framework of their respective obligations to provide information under the Hessian Municipal Code and the Hessian County Code. zur Einzelansicht § 30 Zweiter Abschnitt Rechte der betroffenen Person
