Data Processing for Public
(1)Honours and Awards
(2)The personal data, including data pursuant to Art. 9 para. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679, necessary for the preparation and implementation of public honours and awards may be 1. processed by the competent bodies without the knowledge of the data subject, 2. transferred by other public bodies to the competent bodies without the knowledge of the data subject. Where processing takes place exclusively for the purposes referred to in sentence 1, Art. 13, 14, 16 and 19 to 21 para. 4 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 shall not apply.
(3)Processing of the data referred to in para. 1 sentence 1 for purposes other than those referred to therein shall only be permissible with the consent of the data subject. zur Einzelansicht § 28a
