Transitional Provisions
(1)Automated processing systems established before 6 May 2016 shall be brought into conformity with § 71 para. 1 and 2 without undue delay, and in exceptional cases where this would entail a disproportionate effort, no later than 6 May 2023.
(2)For the person who holds the office of the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner on 24 May 2018, § 21 para. 4 sentence 1 in the version applicable until 24 May 2018 shall continue to apply until the first election of the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner after 25 May 2018.
