Procedure Involving Third Parties
(1)The body obliged to provide information shall give a third party whose interests are affected by the application for information access a written opportunity to comment within one month, insofar as there are indications that he or she may have a legitimate interest in the exclusion of information access. The consent of the third party to the information access of the applicant shall be deemed to have been refused if it is not received within one month of the inquiry by the competent body. zur Einzelansicht § 86
