§ 35 HDSIG

Right to Object

(1)The right to object pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 shall not exist insofar as there is a compelling public interest in the processing that outweighs the interests of the data subject, or a legal provision obliges the processing.
