§ 9 HDSIG
Election
(1)The Landtag shall elect the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner upon the proposal of the Land government.
(2)The President of the Landtag shall pledge the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner before the Landtag to conduct his or her office justly and impartially and to faithfully uphold the Constitution of the Land of Hessen and the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany and the laws. zur Einzelansicht § 9
