§ 16 HDSIG
Obligations to Inform
(1)The Hessian Data Protection Commissioner shall be informed in a timely and comprehensive manner about procedural developments in connection with the automated processing of personal data.
(2)Where the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner is consulted pursuant to a legal provision, he or she shall communicate without undue delay whether and within which period a statement will be issued.
