Data Processing in
(1)Clemency Proceedings
(2)In clemency proceedings, the processing of personal data, including data pursuant to Art. 9 para. 1 and Art. 10 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679, shall be permissible insofar as it is necessary for the exercise of the right of clemency by the competent bodies.
(3)In clemency proceedings, only Art. 4 and 5 and Chapter IV, with the exception of Art. 33 and 34 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
