Data Transfers by Professional Pension Institutions
(1)Where an authority, an enforcement body or a court requests, on the basis of statutory authority, from a professional pension institution within the meaning of § 6 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the Sixth Book of the Social Code, information about 1. the current address, 2. the current or future whereabouts, or 3. the name, first names or business name and the address of the current employer of a member of that pension institution, the pension institution may transfer such data to the authority, enforcement body or court.
