§ 82 HDSIG
Protection of Special Public and Private Interests
(1)A right to information access shall not exist 1. in the case of classified documents pursuant to § 2 para. 1 of the Hessian Security Clearance Act of 19 December 2014 (GVBl. p. 364), 2. in the case of information whose disclosure could have adverse effects on
a)the inter- and supranational relations, the relations with the Federation or another Land,
b)interests of external or public security,
c)the control, enforcement or supervisory tasks of the financial, regulatory, savings bank, insurance and competition supervisory authorities, or
d)the success of a criminal investigation or criminal enforcement proceeding or the procedural course of a court, administrative offence or disciplinary proceeding, 3. in the case of file or record contents subject to a professional or special official secret, 4. in the case of secrets pertaining to the personal sphere of life or trade or business secrets, unless the data subject has consented, or 5. insofar as there is a purely economic interest in the information. zur Einzelansicht § 82
