General Information on Data Processing
(1)The controller shall make available, in a general, intelligible and easily accessible form using clear and plain language, information on 1. the purposes of the processing carried out by the controller, 2. the rights of data subjects regarding access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing in respect of the processing of their personal data, 3. the name and contact details of the controller and the contact details of the data protection officer, 4. the right to call upon the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner, and 5. the contact details of the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner. zur Einzelansicht § 50
